The value for my money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, especially for travel on the toll road and it was close to downtown. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to answer my questions and provide directions.

For breakfast choices, it would be great if there were more variety in the options available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, with modern fixtures and two queen beds, plus a sitting area. The free continental breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service.

New hotel, close to daughter's apartment. Restaurants nearby, across freeway. Riverside Rd and HEB nearby. Shuttle out of service, but hotel arranged ride. I felt like royalty in my spacious and clean room at Best Western Plus. The large TV, king size bed, and separate seating area made me feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had a great selection including eggs, sausages, and bacon. The staff, especially Margaret and Shay at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel!

The room I stayed in was well-maintained with up-to-date furnishings, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's rest. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
