The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options. The room was well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The separate vanity area was a big plus. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day, with fresh towels and toiletries. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

I wasn't sure about this place, but when I arrived and saw the friendly staff at the front desk, I knew I would enjoy my stay. The hotel was clean and quiet, and everyone in the dining room was so nice. Cindy, one of the staff members, made a great breakfast with delicious eggs. I also received a free room upgrade from a very nice front desk worker. The customer service from the moment I walked in was the best I've experienced. The entire staff, including the housekeeping sister, was gracious and welcoming. Thank you for making a difference.

Our recent stay at Best Western in Bessemer was fantastic! We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was amazing, with a comfortable bed and a lovely kitchenette area. The bathroom was also very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options for everyone. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in at 4am and providing a late check-out of noon. We were even able to bring our two dogs along, which was a huge plus. we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The noise level in some parts of the hotel, particularly those close to the elevators and lower floors, may interrupt sleep at night.
