The hotel offered ample parking and had friendly staff who were helpful throughout our stay. the location was conveniently situated near a major interstate, making it easy to access. Additionally, the breakfast menu was varied and the food was delicious.

We were disappointed with the condition of the rooms. the decor was outdated and depressing, with dark wallpaper and carpeting.

Check-in was enjoyable, with friendly reception and helpful host. The room was clean, and the staff accommodated our request for an early arrival. The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk personnel went above and beyond to assist with retrieving a lost item. Impressed with their efficient Return Service.

I had the best weekend of my life at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to meet all of my needs throughout the weekend. One particular highlight was the After-Party at the Bistro Bar. The bartenders were awesome and we had a great time with close to 60 people hanging out in that area. The cash bar had reasonably priced drinks, which was a plus. everything about my weekend at this hotel was perfect and I wouldn't change a thing.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Cromwell, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful courtyard with tables and a fire pit. It provided the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing evening. The staff was welcoming and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with fresh and plentiful options. The hotel is consistently good with clean rooms, nice lobby restaurant, and excellent front desk personnel. The return service for lost items is efficient and great. The front desk manager, Desiree, went above and beyond to address an issue with noisy neighbors and ensured a comfortable stay.

During our stay at the Courtyard, we requested a quiet room on a high floor. To our delight, we were given a room on the top floor with a beautiful view. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the interior had a modern and inviting atmosphere. The staff greeted us with warmth and courtesy, and they were always willing to assist with any requests we had. our experience at the Courtyard was comfortable and enjoyable.
