I recently had a delightful stay at Homestead Inn, Blowing Rock. The owners were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to meet my requests, and the room was spacious and well-maintained. The location is perfect, just half a block from the main street, allowing easy access to wonderful shops and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the lovely grounds, where I could relax in the gardens. The staff kindly prepared a romance package for us, enhancing our experience.

There were minor issues with the wifi.

The location was fantastic! Just a stroll away from numerous restaurants and shops, making exploring super easy. The gardens were vibrant and added a lovely touch. The room was clean and featured great amenities like a fireplace.

But parking can be a bit tricky sometimes. Also, I wish breakfast was included or that more options for quick bites were available.

The coaxing charm of the cozy outdoor sitting areas with rocking chairs really made our evenings pleasant. Their beautiful landscaped grounds were perfect for some downtime between our adventures, plus, it’s pet-friendly, which was a bonus for our furry companions.

However, parking was a hassle. it can get pretty tight, especially if you're driving something larger. The noise from neighboring rooms and HVAC units was noticeable, which made it tough to get a solid night’s sleep. Some rooms felt cramped, and the bathrooms didn't allow for much breathing room either. It was disappointing there were no breakfast options on-site since a quick bite is standard at other places like this. Lastly, the inconsistent Wi-Fi might leave you stranded if you need to check something online.

But honestly, if I wanted to hear a kitty concert all night, I would’ve gone to a cat cafe! The room felt a tad cramped for four—better pack light, my dears!
