My partner and I needed a place to stay for two nights during a power outage caused by a winter storm, and we were lucky to find a room at Best Western Plus. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We were impressed by the modern amenities and the ease of parking. Despite the ongoing construction, it didn't cause us any inconvenience. Breakfast, although limited, offered fresh fruit and yogurt options. it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely choose Best Western Plus again.

The hotel was conveniently located and the room was clean and comfortable. the AC/heat worked well, ensuring a cozy stay. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our time there.

There were a few maintenance issues in the room that could have been improved. the toilet had a constant water running issue due to a flapper that was fixed with electrical tape, and the toilet paper holder was broken, causing inconvenience.

The property was easy to find and had a beautiful interior. the staff, especially Stephanie, was attentive and made sure we had a great check-in experience. the room was clean and had a lovely view. It felt like we were the only ones on our floor, giving us a sense of privacy. the shower was nice, even though the bathroom felt a bit small. the facility was very nice, the staff was amazing, and cleanliness was top-notch. We will definitely stay again.

The refrigerator in our room was defrosted and when I opened the door, water rushed out, soaking the TV stand and carpet. the front desk offered to move us to another room, but my mom was too sick to wake up and move.
