The hotel had free breakfast that was complementary and included pancakes. It was located near the downtown area making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and willing to help us with any needs.

The cleanliness was subpar with hair left behind in the shower and on the bathroom floor. the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

During check, in, there was an awkward encounter with someone hanging out in the customer area playing on their phone, which made the check, in process a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the blankets provided were not sufficient, and the pillows were smaller than expected.

The cleanliness and attention to detail are superb, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels and sheets. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The receptionist was a delight and made sure all my needs were taken care of.
