During my stay, I encountered a few frustrating issues. The carpets had not been properly cleaned, which made the common areas feel uninviting. Additionally, my room had a persistent unpleasant smell, and the bathroom cleanliness was below expectations. The shower was also a hassle, with low water pressure that made it difficult to get a decent wash. Overall, these issues regrettably impacted my experience.

The french fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, making for a delightful companion to my meals. The staff at check-in were incredibly accommodating and ensured I had everything I needed. Plus, my room was clean and the pool area was a hit with my son—he could hardly be dragged away from the fun!

The lobby welcomed us with a beautiful waterfall, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Having the Eastgate mall and Jungle Jim’s nearby was a nice bonus for shopping and exploring.

However, the room felt outdated with worn furniture and some maintenance issues. I noticed a lingering musty smell in the hallways that could be improved.

We enjoyed our stay with the family and our pets. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was really quick to help with everything. We spent a day at Kings Island, enjoying roller coasters and fun family rides. It was a blast!

this holiday inn was amazin! super clean rooms and the staff was so friendly. especially joshua at check-in, he rocked! the location is great too, right by the mall and easy access to the highway. my kids loved the pool and hot tub, it was a blast!

but the breakfast was kinda meh, not included and could be better. also, the wi-fi was a little slow sometimes.

We had a great time! The breakfast was delicious, and the cleanliness of our room was spot on. Just a heads-up, the hair dryer wasn’t in the room. Would stay again!
