My stay at Holiday Inn was great after a rocky start with the reservation. com, but the staff took the time to resolve it, even though it took about an hour. Once that was sorted out, everything went smoothly.

One drawback was when I ordered food online for pickup from the restaurant. Despite being told it would be ready within 15 minutes, when I arrived to pick it up, they hadn't even started preparing it yet.

This hotel offers great value for the price. the location is excellent for those needing access to the airport, shopping, and local attractions. the rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds that ensure you get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff at the hotel's bar were friendly and attentive, and the drinks served were top, notch.

One downside was the breakfast provided. It was not very good and seemed to be the standard fare that you can find at many other hotels.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles International Airport for a quick overnight trip. Their early shuttle service was a lifesaver, accommodating my early morning flight with another shuttle at 3:30 am. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff driving the shuttle was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was fresh and the one waitress worked tirelessly to serve everyone with a smile. I do think having more servers on the weekends would be beneficial.

Our Easter stay was fantastic! the hotel provided an excellent breakfast and a free airport shuttle service, which was a big advantage. We had no problem finding the hotel as it was located near the airport and restaurants. In our room, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly and there was a fitness center, which we enjoyed.

One thing that could have been better was the air conditioning system which produced a bit of noise. the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and it had a musty smell.
