The pool, the hot tub, the friendly staff was simply fantastic.

Loved the spacious room and friendly breakfast staff.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. I remember how kindly the staff helped my elderly parents during our first stay. Always a pleasure, and I’m coming back for a trip!

Super friendly staff made check-in smooth and allowed us to dive into our room earlier. The space felt fresh and clean, with a comfy king bed that made for some good z's. Brekkie had a lekker variety, but that yogurt machine stole the show—never seen that before!

Bit noisy in the morning with kids running around, but nothing too hectic.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was very customer service oriented and expressed their thanks for choosing their motel, and I loved that it was just a few steps to the Townsley-Murdock Immigrant Trail Site, perfect for a walk to enjoy the local scenery.

The beds were super comfy, my family loved the indoor pool—proper jol there! The staff was just amazing, so friendly and helpful, felt like home away from home, ya know?

Only downside was the brekkie was a bit average, could've had a wider selection, but that’s alright.

Our stay at the Best Western Plus Grand Island Inn and Suites was enjoyable! The King Room we booked was spacious and had a cozy corner perfect for relaxing after a day of trekking. Breakfast included delicious options like precooked egg and cheese omelets and hot coffee. The friendly staff made check-in a breeze, and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom.

The elevator was out of order during our stay.

Consider using the fitness center for a morning workout before breakfast. it can be a refreshing way to start your day.

the breakfast was absolutely mediocre, and the overly loud news blaring was a delightful touch. Oh, and the elevator? Broken, of course, but not like anyone offered to help with my bags. I was simply expecting a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that’s too much to ask. I just couldn’t give a good review after this.

Close to the Nebraska State Fairgrounds, newer facility.

The noise from the highway was unbearable, especially on the third floor where I stayed. Breakfast had blaring news which made it uncomfortable to enjoy my meal. To top it off, the elevator was broken, and I had to haul my luggage up three flights of stairs with no assistance offered. Definitely not the experience I expected.

My kids wished for more seating by the pool area.

The rooms were clean and the hot tub was a nice bonus, but I faced issues with noise from other guests. I'd consider staying again despite that.

The hot tub and pool were awesome, and it was a quick drive to the nature center. Highly recommend Pam's Pub nearby!

Just a solid selection for a short visit in Grand Island with fantastic value for money. The breakfast spread was fantastic with plenty of options, including delicious waffles and bacon that was hard to resist. Don't skip the fitness center. it's a great way to kick off your day.
