Convenient location near the highway and easy to find. the front desk employee was helpful and gave good recommendations for dinner. the room was clean and had a nice TV with lots of channels. the blackout curtains were a nice touch for a good night's sleep.

The towels in the bathroom were small and scratchy. the breakfast options were not very original and there were limited tea options.

The concierge service at Best Western Plus was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, and the hot breakfast provided a delicious start to our day. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has exceeded our expectations for a romantic escape. the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. the complementary cookies and warm cider in the lobby were a sweet touch, and the amenities pack was a nice surprise. the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the full hot and cold breakfast, which had a great selection of food. the location was perfect, with easy access to convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

While we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, there were a couple of minor issues that need improvement. the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit too loud and often woke us up.

The Best Western Plus in Grand Island provided great amenities for families with children, including a refrigerator and microwave in the room, comfortable beds, and ample space for walking and storing luggage. The hotel felt comfortable and not claustrophobic, making it a pleasant stay.
