Great view from balcony and amazing sunsets make up for the lack of pool or beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved having coffee and tea available all day and the refrigerator in the room. Restaurants nearby were excellent and the location was perfect for exploring the area and going on dune rides.

The pool was located on the 4th floor and the beach was further away than expected. , the lack of breakfast or food options on-site was a downside.

My family and I recently stayed at the Dunes Waterfront Resort for a weekend getaway. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The hotel features a private beach area with picnic tables, lounge chairs, and a children's play scape with swings. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax, especially when the weather wasn't so nice. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The waterfront rooms had small balconies with a stunning view of the sunset over Silver Lake and the dunes on the other side. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. it was a fantastic experience for our family.

Great location for exploring Silver Lake Sand Dunes, stunning views of the lake and dunes from the balcony, friendly and excellent staff, ample parking for trucks and trailers.

Felt right at home, nothing to complain about.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has an elevator. Good restaurants nearby. Country Dairy, That Place, and Open Hearth are recommended. The Mac dune rides are enjoyable for all ages. Silver Lake is shallow for easy swimming. Mears State Park offers an excellent beach on Lake Michigan.

The view was amazing, spa tub for movie watching, soft towels, sandy sunbathing spot, plenty of food and activities within walking distance, helpful staff.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is very convenient, being right next to the boat/sea doo/paddle board rental, allowing for easy access to water activities. The rooms have amazing views of Silver Lake and the dunes, which adds to the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel provides basic amenities such as an arcade/game room and even has a swingset for the little ones. Breakfast in the Sandcastle across the road is a lovely touch.
