As a couple on a layover, the friendly staff at Best Western made our short stay enjoyable. Despite the lack of nearby restaurants, the extensive breakfast and convenient pizza delivery saved the day. The comfortable room and rejuvenating bathtub were exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The free shuttle to the airport, driven by an extremely kind and helpful driver, was the perfect ending to our stay.

I stayed at Best Western Plus for one night while my home was being worked on. The hotel is conveniently located less than a mile from Hobby Airport, yet there was no noise from traffic or planes. The room was comfortable and well-designed. The lobby had a small store with snacks and essentials. The shuttle service was prompt and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and include charging outlets for electronics. The bathroom is spacious and has plenty of big towels. The service is helpful and the breakfast is good, with muffins, granola bars, fruits, yogurts.

They provided a free shuttle service which made transportation a breeze. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even packed us a to-go breakfast when we had to leave before the breakfast dining room opened. the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff made our stay truly exceptional.
