This hotel, located just a short drive from downtown, offered a convenient location for exploring the city. the rooms were clean and seemed newly renovated, providing a comfortable stay. the comfortable bed and large vanity space in the bathroom were definite highlights. Additionally, the presence of two selections of shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch.

The hotel could use some improvements in certain areas. the housekeeping could pay better attention to details like neatly pressed sheets.

The Freepoint Hotel Cambridge exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The inclusion of breakfast in the morning was a wonderful bonus. The location was excellent and the presence of a hair dryer in the room was convenient. I also appreciated the sulfate-free shampoo provided, which was a huge bonus for someone with curly hair.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The bar-restaurant-lounge area was bright and had a cool vibe, with a vintage pool table and great service. The free breakfast had a variety of tasty options and the staff gave helpful sightseeing tips. The hotel had a modern and stylish decor with comfortable beds, and it was conveniently located near Harvard Square and the Alewife "T" Station.

The hotel is clean and in a nice area of town, with easy access to transportation and the Harvard Square. The breakfast is complimentary and there are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff, especially Chantal at the reception and Zac at the bar, provided excellent service and made me feel like a VIP.

My stay at the Freepoint Hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and had a trendy downtown feel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from calling cabs to even loaning us a pin for our grandchild's dress. The location was convenient for visiting family and shopping, and the fitness center was well-equipped with new machines and ample disinfectant wipes.

The only suggestion I have is to improve the morning meal options.

The staff treated us like VIPs, from the friendly and helpful receptionist, Chantal, to the kind and professional bartender, Zac. The hotel felt like a home away from home.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety to make it even better.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. First of all, the location was better than others too far out of the city. It's conveniently situated on the very busy Alewife Brook Parkway, which made it easy for me to get around. Even though the area itself is not very charming or walk-able, I didn't mind as there were plenty of amenities nearby, including a decent mall and a large park.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was top-notch, the rooms were spacious, and the location was convenient.
