Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the Harvard Shop and the Curious George store, which was a fun change of pace. The hotel was well-located, just a short walk to the subway, and close to food spots like Starbucks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after our adventures. Don’t forget about the $25 destination fee, which can be used on food and drinks.

One bummer was that our coffee request was met with a rude response from one staff member, Noah. It left a bit of a sour note amidst an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The staff displayed genuine friendliness and provided a helpful shuttle service to various attractions, including the T stop! Rooms came with functional bathrooms and many sockets for charging devices.

Housekeeping seemed inconsistent—beds were sometimes unmade, and guests faced issues with hidden fees! Moreover, the area lacks charm and walkable attractions, leaving a disconnected feel.

the hotel is in a good spot close to the alewife station which was super easy to get into boston. the room was nice and comfy. There are lots of charging spots. the staff were really friendly, helped us out when we needed stuff. we liked that there was a starbucks downstairs for our morning coffee fix. it felt fresh and modern, not a luxury place but nice enough!

We had a lovely time exploring Cambridge's shops, especially the Harvard Shop. The kids enjoyed the spacious lobby area with comfy seating, and the indoor access to Starbucks was a lifesaver for our caffeine fixes while staying with our three grandchildren.

My wife says that a breakfast buffet would be a nice addition for families.

But honestly, who designed a hotel without a proper desk? I felt like I was trying to work from a cozy coffee shop instead of my room!
