I did miss having an electric kettle in the room for easy tea or coffee preparation, as this is something I typically look for in a hotel room. The AM/FM alarm clock was a convenient addition, helping us stay on schedule for our activities and excursions. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment options for downtime in the room, although I did notice that the channel selection was somewhat limited. Room service was prompt and efficient, and I enjoyed the convenience of being able to order a meal or snack to the room when needed. The dry cleaning and housekeeping services were satisfactory, although there were a couple of occasions where housekeeping missed replenishing certain items in the room, which was a bit disappointing. The laundry service was useful for keeping our clothes fresh and clean throughout our stay. While we appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, we found that the tours and ticket assistance offered could have been more organized and efficient.

The staff was incredibly warm and made us feel right at home. We loved the rooftop hot tub and the delicious food options; the Italian restaurant was a highlight! Every evening was a joy with fun entertainment, especially the amazing Michael Jackson tribute.

Incredible staff made the trip unforgettable—Samantha and Geraldo truly elevated my experience, while my butler Henry was attentive and caring. The food was diverse and delicious, especially at the Hibachi Grill. But the initial room confusion was frustrating, and the cleanliness issues in the shower were disappointing. I loved the catamaran cruise; Abraham was a fantastic guide! the inconsistent room service and injury from the glass in the pool were concerning. The beautiful beach and friendly atmosphere made up for some hiccups, but those details still linger.

The resort is fantastic as it sits right by a magnificent beach that is perfect for relaxing strolls, plus you are just a short walk away from Puerto Amada, which is about 5 kilometers away, offering additional local charm and scenic views; the amenities like the elegant pools and attentive staff made my stay even more enjoyable with a vibrant atmosphere, but the food options could use some improvement as some dishes didn't quite meet expectations.

From the thrilling water slides to the fun-filled kids' club with engaging activities, there was never a dull moment for the whole family. The All-Inclusive 24/7 Program ensured everyone had access to delicious meals and refreshing drinks without any worries.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres boasts stunning, well-maintained grounds and an exceptional beach. be cautious with room assignments; While the staff showed incredible dedication, some amenities were lacking, such as restaurant quality and room cleanliness. a decent stay with some notable flaws.

The breakfast was over the top amazing - even better than the photos. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again! 🌞🏖️
