The shuttle bus service was also convenient, although it would be great if it could accommodate more passengers and had more morning trips to the city.

The location in Medford Square was perfect - a quiet and safe area that allowed easy access to both nearby attractions in the city and the beautiful coastal areas. The proximity to the subway was a huge bonus, making it convenient to explore downtown Boston without the hassle of driving. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the service was top-notch. Basic amenities were provided, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, offering separate areas for coffee, work, relaxation, and even a sink with drawers for clothes and makeup. I particularly appreciated the underground garage, which eliminated the need to search for parking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return in the future.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the woman who hosted the breakfast area on Tuesday morning was especially warm and kind. It made me feel welcomed and made me want to come back again someday. Another great aspect was the functioning thermostat controls in the room. I like to sleep in a cool room and was able to quickly cool it down to my liking. Lastly, the location of the hotel was great, as it was close to Boston and easily accessible via the shuttle bus to the nearby train and bus stations.

One downside of my stay was the noise from the highway. My room on the 7th floor was right by the highway, and the traffic noise was quite intrusive.

This hotel is ideally located next to the highway, making travel to nearby sites like Lexington, Concord and Salem a breeze. The rooms are well-appointed with very nice amenities like a fridge, and the TV can be viewed from either the bed or sofa.
