my recent stay at a hotel in buffalo was surprisingly great - the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and the breakfast had delicious choices. it exceeded my expectations and i was even able to use their laundry facilities. can't wait for my next trip!

The lobby and breakfast room are stunning, with beautiful gardens and a clear stream visible from the terrace. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There is a whole floor reserved for pet-free rooms. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with fresh and hot breakfast foods.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed during our stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the interstate and nearby attractions. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of choices and was a great way to start the day.

One drawback was the inability to open the windows in the room, which limited airflow. This was not my preference as I prefer fresh air over air conditioning during the night.

Spacious room with unique layout, comfortable beds, and a refreshing massage-like shower. Breakfast was delightful. Staff, specifically Sarah and Jennifer, went above and beyond to assist with reservation issues and securing a refund. an excellent experience with clean facilities and friendly service.

The property and rooms were beautiful. The breakfast staff was kind and helpful serving breakfast. The desk staff were accommodating when I needed a larger room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through.

Wow! This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The beautifully landscaped gardens and adjacent stream create a European ambiance, perfect for adventure travelers like us. The terrace offers stunning views, and the services and amenities are top-notch. The young lady at the front desk multitasks as a manager, concierge, and greeter, handling multiple demands at once. A truly exceptional stay!

Felt like VIPs throughout our stay, no reason to complain.

Located near the river and right off I-25, this hotel is in an ideal location in the Buffalo area. There are many options for good restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a delicious meal. The spacious rooms have large desks with proper office chairs, comfortable sofas and clean bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast offers plenty of choices including freshly made smoothies, a variety of baked goods, sausage, scrambled eggs, and more. The staff are friendly and check that everything is alright.

Dusty furniture around the elevators.

We recently stayed at this venue and were impressed by everything. The location was perfect as it was near amazing restaurants and beautiful gardens that overlooked a lawn going down to the creek. The staff was extremely attentive and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We appreciated the welcome drink that was offered as well. Our room was equipped with all the amenities guests could want such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and television. The indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness center were great places to unwind.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.
