The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms for my stay. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the WiFi and TV worked perfectly fine. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the exterior door near my room was always locked, ensuring the safety of the guests. the convenient sliding door made it easy for me to enter with my luggage.

There were a couple of negative aspects to my experience. when I booked the room, I requested a military discount but was told I needed to get it directly from the hotel upon arrival.

My stay at Best Western in Keene was pleasant and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The pool was a highlight, with its warm and inviting water. The breakfast provided was nice and overall, I had a positive experience. The rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable, with everything you need, including a fridge and microwave. The staff is absolutely great - very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is terrific - with lots of choices and all included in the price.

My husband and I recently had to travel to Keene for a family emergency, and we were fortunate to choose Best Western for our stay. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, putting us close to where we needed to be. As pet owners, we were delighted to find that the hotel is pet-friendly, with ample space for our two small dogs to walk. The hotel was clean and reasonably priced, offering a free expanded continental breakfast that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, we found the exercise room and indoor pool to be beautiful and well-maintained. There were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, making it easy for us to find a convenient place to dine. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us. The only minor drawback was the difficulty in making a left turn onto the main road due to a nearby rotary, but we quickly adapted by making a right turn and making a U-turn down the road. our stay at Best Western was highly convenient and comfortable.

As a couple, we loved the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Makayla at the front desk was wonderful, and the breakfast staff were extremely friendly. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious complimentary breakfast that offered a variety of options. The onsite restaurant, an Irish Pub, had great food and a fantastic staff. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and we were provided with plenty of pillows and blankets. The location was outside of downtown, providing a peaceful environment, and there were shopping options within walking distance.

We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace and taking in the garden furniture.

Although we did not have any negative experiences, we can recommend this place to everyone. With fantastic leisure facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, sun terrace and heated swimming pool, this hotel is great for families or couples looking for some relaxation.
