The front desk woman was lovely and helpful. The staff was very friendly and beds are super comfortable. The location is great, close to Kittery outlets and downtown Portsmouth. The hotel has a spacious shower and sink with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The room was clean and comfortable, with easy temperature control. There are recycling receptacles in the room, which is a nice touch. Check-in was smooth and there were no surprises or hidden fees. a great experience.

Plus, the hotel is close to 50 different restaurants and the Marshall's plaza is just up the road. The location is perfect, being close enough to downtown while still providing a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast sandwiches were also tasty, a great way to start the day. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located right in the center of town, close to over 50 restaurants, shopping centers, and local attractions. The lobby area is cozy with a fireplace and couches, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with lovely sofas. The hotel also offers a little café area for snacks and quick bites.

the value for money was excellent - it was affordable and offered great prices. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable, as evidenced by the tastefully appointed room and the CRAZY COMFORTABLE beds. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing top-notch service. Lastly, the location in a wooded area was delightful, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the spacious and well-designed rooms. the extra space, including a couch and desk area, made our stay comfortable and convenient. the separate toilet and shower from the sink was a great feature, allowing for more privacy and convenience. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

One aspect that we found disappointing was the lack of communication regarding the pool maintenance. When we arrived at the pool, we discovered it was closed for maintenance with no indication of when it would reopen.
