I had a wonderful experience at Best Western Plus Las Vegas West. The staff were friendly and attentive, always eager to assist me. The room was clean, recently remodeled, and contained a comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker. The indoor pool was open 24 hours, which was a delightful way to relax after a long day. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which featured hot options like scrambled eggs and hash browns, providing a satisfying start to my mornings.

The bathroom was so tiny, I felt like I was auditioning for a magician’s act! And let’s just say the room's light situation was more 'mood lighting' than 'ready to read'.

The rooms were clean with comfy beds, and the breakfast had a decent selection. The staff was friendly, and the location made for easy access to fun spots.

i really liked the grab and go breakfast, it was surprisingly good even tho they couldn't serve hot food. the refrigerator and coffee maker in the room were super helpful. staff was friendly and nice, especially the lady at breakfast. my room was clean and neat, no complaints there. good free internet and no resort fees either!

but the management was really rude when i had a problem and they didn't wanna help me with a refund. also, the noise from other guests was really annoying, especially at night.

But honestly, the exterior grounds looked like a toddler's playroom after a party—total disaster! And no one likes dodging shopping carts while relaxing, right?
