The breakfast was well-stocked and warm, and the staff member taking care of it did a great job. the room was very clean and comfortable. the hotel's location was convenient for our needs.

The elevator broke down shortly after check-in, which was inconvenient. the manager's behavior towards another guest with a registered support dog was disappointing and created a hostile situation for them.

The hotel is in a great and super peaceful location! It is modern, up to date, and is decorated nicely. It was VERY clean! The breakfast was decent, though they definitely could do better. Staff were for the most part professional, friendly, and courteous. It was a good value for the price. I absolutely love that they give you decent size, decent quality towels! I also love that they have specific towels just for the pool. The complementary toiletries they give out if you forget something is an A+++ amenity! My non smoking room was ACTUALLY a non smoking room. That is a huge gold star from me! So far, every other hotel that I have requested a non smoking room from, has given me a room that smelled of smoke. I was very impressed with how fresh and clean my room smelled with zero hint of nasty old smoke! The soaps, shampoo, conditioner, etc, that are left in the rooms, smelled very nice and were of good quality. Overall it was a good stay. I will most likely stay again in the future IF they will resolve the pool heater issues and OPEN that hot tub.
