We loved the comfortable beds and the spaciousness of the room. The two sinks in the bathroom were a lifesaver for us as a mother and daughter. The room was clean and fresh, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, close to everything including a Denny's for breakfast with plenty of options.

Lovely holiday decorations and helpful staff. the check-in process was smooth, and the person assisting us was friendly and informative. the hotel's dog-friendly policy was a major plus for us as we were able to bring our furry friend along. the hotel also had a great area for walking the dogs nearby. the breakfast included at the restaurant next door was a convenient and enjoyable start to our day. We appreciated the attention to detail in the holiday decor and the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

The front desk staff could have been more professional and accommodating. It seemed like they were disinterested in assisting us and lacked knowledge about the hotel's policies.

The complimentary breakfast at the nearby Denny's was a convenient and delicious start to the day. I had a great stay at Best Western and would highly recommend it.

The staff members were always polite and went above and beyond to provide us with great suggestions for entertainment in the area. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Everything was fantastic.

The room was absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had a lighted magnifying mirror which was a nice surprise. Additionally, the room had a recliner which added to the cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I also loved the fact that the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to access various attractions in the area.

One downside of my stay was the check-in process. There seemed to be a long wait as there was only one person at the front desk handling multiple guests.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being very close to a great Roth's Market. The beds were great, providing a good night's sleep, and there was plenty of room for my grandson's rollaway bed. The hotel was well maintained and stocked plenty of clean towels, making us feel taken care of. The location, between downtown Salem and south Salem, was convenient for walking our dog and exploring the area. Additionally, the breakfast at the nearby Denny's was a pleasant surprise, offering better options than most continental freebie breakfasts.

The hotel was easy to find and located in a great area. the room was stylish, super clean, and super comfy. the staff was friendly and check-in/out was speedy. the mini kitchen setup in the room was a nice touch, providing a separate space for coffee and a fridge. the bathroom had convenient dispensers for toiletries and even had makeup remover and a makeup mirror. the main room was spacious with plenty of room for all our belongings. we were impressed with the attention to detail and the amenities offered.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the pool and hot tub area could have been cleaner, as there was some mold around the hot tub.

The staff were professional and helpful, and the room was even better than I expected. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. I also appreciated that the heating system was just right. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. The location was also great, close to shopping and in a safe area. The breakfast options were much better than the Denny's selections offered nearby.

No major complaints, everything was alright.

The desk worker was amazing at check-in and check-out, providing excellent service. Plenty of parking available. The hotel offered the option to choose which floor to stay on. The lighting in the room was great, and there were plenty of outlets. The beds were incredibly comfortable, unlike other places where I usually wake up with a kinked neck or back.

The pool area was fantastic, with a large pool, wading pool, and spacious hot tub. The pool was open late until midnight and had restrictions for adults only after 10 pm. The breakfast was a voucher for Denny's, offering a variety of hot cooked-to-order meals. The staff was amazing and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious with two sinks.

Felt just like home, with nothing to complain about.
