We enjoyed our stay due to the spacious room with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our experience even better. The location was also fantastic, providing easy access to great restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The only downside was the somewhat awkward parking situation.

The Classic Apartment was a breath of fresh air with its spotless interiors and modern amenities. I enjoyed every moment relaxing in the cozy space after exploring the fantastic neighborhood restaurants. Plus, Brenna’s responsive help made me feel right at home!

Comfortable atmosphere with thoughtful welcome basket.

I was highly disappointed with the cramped living space. The layout felt awkward, and we struggled to find enough room for our luggage. Additionally, the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, sliding around and preventing restful sleep, which we desperately needed after our long travels.

Had the deluxe suite. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. The coffee machine was top-notch, and free toiletries were a nice touch. The outdoor dining area was great for relaxing, and the private bathroom had a fantastic shower. The cozy patio made it even better. Spa facilities were amazing too!

The welcome basket with wine, cookies, and water truly made me feel at home, while the cozy, modern ambiance added charm to my stay. I highly appreciated the thoughtful extras that created a comfortable atmosphere.

We totally loved the seamless check-in. I mean seriously, getting our room ready via text and having a keyless entry was like a breath of fresh air. The kitchen was a standout and had everything we needed. A washing machine? ! That ended up saving us big time. My husband and I could enjoy our time with some nice wine in our robes after the baby went down. And the oversized shower? Pure luxury.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth it for what we got, it did pinch a bit.

Staying at The Iris felt like crashing at a friend's upscale apartment—without the awkward small talk! The Superior Suite was like a luxurious little oasis, complete with a queen bed draped in comfy bedding and a huge bathroom that made me picture myself as royalty. Not to mention the thoughtful touch of makeup towels and a white noise machine that rocked my nights like a lullaby. The outdoor seating area invited morning coffee chats, while the car carousel parking made arriving and leaving a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for more!

omg the iris hotel was amazin! ! the suite felt like an apt with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. the white noise machine was a lifesaver and helped me sleep so good. i loved the cool design, and the location was close to cute restaurants and shops. plus, the staff were super nice and always helpful.

but the parking was kinda awkward and a bit pricey at $25 a day. also the street was really dark at night, could use better lights.

It was just a good match for a weekend outing in Charleston at a reasonable price. The room setup included a kitchenette which made it easy to prepare some snacks and drinks in-house during our stay. Make sure to call ahead about parking options since the process can be a bit tricky.

Spent four nights in a suite featuring a charming living room, separate sleeping area, and a kitchenette. Enjoyed the convenience of in-room washer and dryer, while the full-size fridge added to the comfort. The layout was thoughtfully designed but the mattress could definitely use improvement, as it slid around and felt quite uncomfortable. On the upside, the bathroom with a walk-in shower was a highlight, along with high-quality toiletries and the lovely touch of guava jam. Overall, a delightful stay marred slightly by a few minor issues.

Parking is limited, but the room is super clean with luxorious amenities, an espresso machine, and great location!
