comfy stay with friendly staff

Super comfy bed and a nice shower! Breakfast was hot and there was always food out. Shoutout to Marcus at the front desk, he was super helpful getting us a room with a tub for our little one. Pool and hot tub were clean too. Just had some small stains on the comforter.

Only one elevator led to long waits, sometimes 20 minutes. The parking situation was tight, especially for handicapped spots.

The room at Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites was exceptionally clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The views of the mountains from the room were awesome. the hotel rooms were very quiet compared to other places I've stayed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The only minor downside was the small issue of something sticking on the floor by the desk in the room. However, this did not significantly impact my overall enjoyable stay at the hotel.

The location is perfect, with Adventure Golf and Batting Cages and Chapel Hills Mall just a stone's throw away, making it super convenient for exploring all that Colorado Springs has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious, providing a great start to our days of adventure.

My children wanted to spend some time in a pool or hot tub, so for families with kids, it would be great to have these amenities available for a fun and relaxing time at the hotel.

Loved the amazing red rocks and the HD movie. Also enjoyed the refreshing swim in the indoor pool, especially with the company of USA Swimming and USA Shooting. The hotel was tidy with nice decorative touches. Cons: Beds were so uncomfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on a pile of rocks.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the friendly and courteous staff. The front desk staff called me shortly after check-in to see if I needed anything and were genuinely concerned about my comfort. The breakfast room staff were also very polite and provided great service, with a good selection of hot items and fresh fruit. The hotel was conveniently located off I25 and close to where I needed to be. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and spacious. excellent value for the cost.
