I had a great experience during my recent stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception desk was outstanding in providing me with excellent service. They were friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The van drivers were also incredibly helpful, accommodating my requests without hesitation.

It is very close to the airport, which was extremely convenient for me. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the reception lady who quickly organized a shuttle for me to the Mall of America. The location is also quite close to the mall, making it easy to explore and shop. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide selection of choices and everything tasted delicious. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, transportation, and the excellent service from the staff.

the Hampton Inn offered a reliable and spacious shuttle service to and from the terminal. It was also convenient that the shuttle could take guests to nearby restaurants. the hotel itself was standard Hampton Inn quality, with friendly staff and a delicious continental breakfast. One standout feature was that they allowed us to have breakfast even before the official opening time, which was very accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The size of the room exceeded our expectations, providing ample space for our family of five. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The staff members were incredibly friendly and always greeted us warmly whenever we entered or left the hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was conveniently close to the light rail station, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit the lakes in Minneapolis.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even addressing us by name during our stay. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

While the open bathroom setup was a bit unusual, it wasn't a major issue. Additionally, the lack of nearby restaurants and the unavailability of a larger snack bar were somewhat disappointing.

recently stayed in bloomington and had a fantastic christmas party at a hotel close to the airport and mall of america. Hampton inn exceeded expectations with their helpful shuttle, friendly staff, and convenient luggage storage. will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn for our family gathering. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hot breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The breakfast seating area was perfect for our gathering. The hotel's shuttle to MOA made it convenient for us to explore the area. When we had an issue with our room's heating/cooling unit, the staff quickly resolved the problem and moved us to another room. The 2 queen, sofa bed suites were spacious and ideal for our gathering. We highly recommend this hotel!

We were disappointed by the cab company that was called for our airport drop-off. The driver asked for cash payment, which was inconvenient for us as we preferred to pay by credit card.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, especially for someone with a bad back and knees. The front desk staff and breakfast/kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good assortment of choices. The room, especially Room 301, was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable king-sized bed. The hotel provided a prompt shuttle service and the WiFi was excellent in both the room and lobby. The shuttle also offered transportation to the Mall of America.

Felt very lucky, nothing was too much trouble.
