The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, from the rooms to the sheets and bathroom. It was refreshing to stay in a place with no bugs or stains. the staff was also very pleasant and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with attractions and restaurants nearby. Additionally, having a clean and well, stocked kitchen area for breakfast was a plus.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. the room I was assigned had a less, than, desirable view of an empty cement room, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, had a variety of healthy breakfast options, and resolved our reservation issue quickly. The bed was incredibly comfortable with a choice of pillows and the bathroom was clean.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express in Chanhassen were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I called ahead to request assistance unloading my vending products and Jesse from maintenance was waiting for me when I arrived. He even stayed late to help me load my belongings back into my car at the end of the event. The manager clearly has a great working relationship with her staff and it shows in the exceptional service. The hotel is clean and well-run, with great arrangements made for events.
