There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved my experience! The location was perfect - it was a short walk to Old Town and the restaurant within the hotel called Wild Avocado was delicious. The staff here are amazing; they provided exceptional service throughout my stay and were always polite and welcoming. The amenities were fantastic too - I especially enjoyed the spa & wellness centre and the outdoor swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen tv and tea and coffee-making facilities. All in all, my stay here was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The laundry facilities were not fully functional, with only one washer and dryer working. the door at the back of the hotel was broken and not repaired during our stay.

The location of this hotel was excellent, as it was centrally located and convenient to many attractions. the staff were very friendly and responsive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Additionally, the rooms were clean and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of minor glitches during our stay. we were not informed that the parking gate would be locked in the evening, which caused some confusion trying to find the open entrance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was welcoming and very helpful. The on-site restaurant had an excellent variety of food, especially their southwest offerings. The hotel's location was convenient to the major tourist sights in this city and within walking distance to the historical district. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel provided parking and transportation services, including a shuttle to/from the airport, Old Town, and the Rail Runner.

The breakfast options were great and we enjoyed a relaxing time by the covered pool area. Even though the room was a bit small, it was clean and comfortable. Overall a nice stop on our road trip.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating during my stay. the rooms were nice and clean, plus the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions in the city. I particularly enjoyed the free breakfast that was served every morning, as it was a great way to start the day.

On the downside, parking was quite limited and I often found it difficult to find a space when returning to the hotel in the evenings. Additionally, the pub/restaurant located on the lower level of the hotel was disappointing.
