I recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Foggy Bottom for a week-long trip to DC. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro, Whole Foods, and CVS. The room was spacious and had a separate living room area with a TV and work desk. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and stove. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast provided was excellent. The staff was professional and accommodating, and despite a minor issue with the air-conditioning upon arrival, it was promptly fixed, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. the location was key as it was only a short walk to the metro and the heart of the city. It was also situated in a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and even a Whole Foods nearby. One of the best aspects of my stay was the opportunity to cook in the spacious kitchen whenever I didn't feel like eating out. It was incredibly convenient and added a homely touch to my Christmas getaway.

The only downside I found was that the furniture in the rooms was a bit outdated and could use some updating. It didn't detract from my overall stay, but it was noticeable.

The hotel is excellent, very convenient to visit the white house and the smithsonian museums, as well as Georgetown. The rooms are large and spacious, with a separate living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The basic amenities provided were clean and had no issues. The breakfast featured a limited choice of hot items but plenty of cereal, fruit, yogurt - very delicious and nicely organized. The staff was friendly and the service was more than I expected, with attention to detail. The location of this hotel is also great, with the subway just two blocks away and George Washington University nearby. It was quiet and convenient for exploring the city.
