Excellent customer service at the front desk.

Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several issues. First, the luggage cart was extremely noisy, which made it difficult to access our room quietly, especially as a late check-in. The floors in our room felt somewhat sticky, and the mini fridge was inadequate for keeping our food cool, forcing us to use a cooler instead. I was also disappointed with the maintenance, as the remote for the TV did not function properly after I changed the batteries, leaving us unable to enjoy evening entertainment.

I loved the beautiful pool area and the comfy beds. Breakfast was a highlight—hot and fresh waffles made mornings delightful! Plus, the staff were genuinely welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere.

However, the bathroom could use some updates. the shower was a bit outdated and had some areas needing attention. We encountered a slight issue with the water pressure too, which was a bit disappointing.

I stayed at Best Western Plus St Simons recently and had a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helped make my stay memorable. The pool was beautiful and a perfect spot to relax. The room was equipped with comfortable queen beds, and I appreciated having a refrigerator for my snacks. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which added to my comfort. The location was quiet, yet conveniently close to many attractions, ensuring a peaceful getaway.

I stayed for three nights and appreciated the pool area after my long days. I encountered some cleanliness issues in my room, finding dirt hidden in the corners. The breakfast was fresh and the waiter was attentive, making mornings enjoyable. Convenient access to outdoor activities added to my stay. I felt a mix of southern hospitality and a touch of Italian charm throughout my visit. My partner and I had a nice time overall.

Ag man, the staff were just so friendly! The pool area was a lekker spot for chillin' after a long day, and the brekkie was on point—those hot waffles hit just right! Location was close to shops and restaurants, made it easy to explore!

The doors in the room could use a bit of a clean on the inside, but nothing major.

We enjoyed our family vacation at the hotel, with its excellent location just minutes from the beach and tasty restaurants. The pool was a fantastic spot for the kiddos to unwind after a day of exploring, and we loved the diverse breakfast options available each morning.

In my wife’s opinion, a better lock on the bathroom door would be ideal for extra privacy.
