The staff was friendly and attentive, with the lady at check-in remembering and using our names throughout our visit. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a charming downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were great. Special mention to Richard and Maribelle, who went above and beyond to help us retrieve our keys that we had accidentally left behind. We truly appreciated their exceptional service and willingness to assist.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom that is both modern and stylish. The attention to detail is impressive, from the guide option on the remote to the fridge and microwave in the room. The location is perfect, quiet and out of the way, yet near great vineyards and restaurants. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast, although starting at 7 am, is worth the wait. We enjoyed a delicious meal outside on the sunny patio, with all of my favorites - plain Greek yogurt, soy milk, almond milk, and fresh berries. Truly a pleasant experience!
