Breakfast area too small for busy days.

There were a few hiccups during my stay, like some breakfast items not being prepped on time and the area feeling cramped with a limited selection. I found the beds too hard for comfort, and housekeeping barged in too early, which was a little unsettling. Plus, the 'do not disturb' signs were up for grabs—it’s always a bit annoying when you have to hunt those down to keep the peace. After checking in late, I expected my room situation not to change, but I was placed in a two-queen bed room instead of the king I reserved, which was frustrating.

Oh man, the local focaccia bread was a game changer! Fresh and warm, it became our morning ritual. Plus, the room cleanliness was top-notch—hats off to the housekeeping team! My favorite part? The comfy bed that made crashing after a day of culinary adventures feel like a cloud.

Clean room, modern amenities, enjoyed the free coffee and convenient laundry facilities which made my stay even more comfortable after a long day exploring and also appreciated the easy access to the nearby airport for my travel needs.

I recently stayed at the Surestay Hotel By Best Western Lewiston for 4 nights and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the King Room. Everything was in great condition, and I appreciated the well-maintained area. Additionally, the hotel's location near the turnpike entrance made it super convenient for my travels. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from after a long day.

The lack of an elevator was a bit inconvenient.

The overpowering smell of cheap cleaning products was distracting!!! An elevator is sorely needed – dragging bags up stairs is no vacation!!! A better breakfast variety and healthy options would really boost the experience!!!

Clean rooms with all the essentials. Had a microwave, fridge, and TV. Bed was super comfy. Loved the easy temperature control. The private bathroom had a shower and nice toiletries. Breakfast had good variety, but the area got a bit crowded. Parking was ample too. Great for my solo trip.

The quick check-in was a breeze, and we enjoyed our stay. We checked out the local golf courses, which were super fun. The breakfast spread was solid. After a long day, it was great to unwind in our clean room with a flat screen. Perfect for a group getaway.
