Would recommend for a little getaway

Friendly staff, clean room with comfortable beds, and an inviting indoor pool perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby shopping mall. The free airport shuttle made our arrival and departure super convenient.

I had a lovely stay at the Best Western Plus Vancouver Mall Drive. The hotel was conveniently located near the mall, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that included a variety of options such as fresh scrambled eggs and pastries. Despite the spacious queen room and enticing breakfast options, my experience was marred by poorly maintained housekeeping and unresponsive staff. Long waits for clean rooms and intermittent service left much to be desired. Convenience to shopping is a plus, but for a restful stay, you might want to reconsider your options.

Lovely stay! Great location near the mall, and I found the coffee machine in the lobby quite fancy. The room was nice and comfy for my elderly and disabled mother. highly recommend it!

But can someone explain why the milk for breakfast was sour? A splash of orange juice doesn’t fix everything, darling!

this hotel is pretty convenient, like right by the mall and super quiet, no random people roamin around. breakfast was awsome too, lots of choices, and the room was nice and spacious. also, the swimming pool and gym are decent. air conditioning worked well, which was great especially when it was so hot outside. overall, it was a solid stay, would def come back.

however, the hot tub was way smaller than the pics showed and housekeeping wasn't that great, they didn't do a thorough job. also, the fridge barely worked.
