I recently stayed at Best Western for a business trip and had a great experience. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, including eggs, bacon, waffles, and more. The indoor heated pool and spa were a hit with my kids, and the hotel's cleanliness and quiet atmosphere were impressive. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job, and the location was convenient, being just a few blocks from the mall and close to main roads. The rooms were comfortable and the staff, especially Hailey, were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at Best Western again.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the indoor pool and spa which we enjoyed in the evening. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering more than just the usual pastries and cereal. We appreciated the variety of food available, including eggs and bacon. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the mall and a freeway interchange. We even found a great Mexican restaurant nearby that stayed open late.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Vancouver Mall and Portland Airport, as well as being close to the Outback Steakhouse. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with jetted tubs and all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles. We also enjoyed the well-maintained pool and spa, as well as the sauna. it was a marvelous experience.

The pool rules regarding the maximum number of guests allowed at once were a bit inconvenient.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added luxury of a jacuzzi in some of them. Another great aspect is the variety of room options available, including rooms with 3 beds, perfect for families or larger groups. Additionally, the hotel provides easy access to a pet area, which is a bonus if you're traveling with your furry friend. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, giving you a good start to your day without any additional cost.

Great location for visiting Portland-Vancouver area. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the extensive buffet breakfast offered a variety of options and was one of the best we've had in any hotel. the complimentary cookies, coffee, and tea were a nice touch upon arrival.

Being on the first floor, there was some noise from foot traffic near the lobby. the pool and spa area tended to get crowded.

The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast had a good selection. The pool and spa were refreshing. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, close to Vancouver Mall and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The elevator was slow and took a long time to reach the desired floor. Some exterior doors were propped open, allowing for potential security issues.
