We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel itself was clean and well-lit, creating a safe and comfortable environment. We especially appreciated the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly, as we were traveling with our furry friend. The parking area was also well-maintained and clean. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including outdoor fire pits and walking trails for guests to enjoy. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to downtown. Lastly, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with modern and stylish decor. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large TV and plenty of channels to choose from. The staff was accommodating and provided extra pillows and covers when we needed them. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying, with eggs and breakfast meat available. The location of the hotel was convenient, with restaurants and retail stores nearby. The bar stayed open until 11 pm, allowing us to enjoy a drink before retiring to our room.

The bathroom door, a sliding barn-type door, had gaps on both sides, which made it possible for people to see in while using the shower or bathroom. This was an awkward design choice that compromised privacy.

The staff at check-in was great! They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was also very clean and pretty, and the bed was super comfy. Also, the coffee in the morning was delicious.

On the downside, I wasn't a fan of the shower. It looked nice, but it wasn't very functional if you didn't want to wash your hair.

The room I stayed in at Best Western Plus West Lawrence was incredibly cozy and welcoming. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, and having a kitchen with a dishwasher was a game-changer for me as a frequent traveler who likes to cook.
