My stay at Club Wyndham Cypress Palms was delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, greeting me warmly and providing useful tips about the local attractions. I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the heated pool, perfect for a relaxing swim during my visit. Also, the beautifully designed two-bedroom condo had ample space for my family, and the cleanliness of my room was commendable, creating a comfortable environment. Overall, it was a splendid experience.

The Wi-Fi conditions were a bit annoying.

Unfortunately, we encountered several broken ice machines around the property, restricting access to ice for our drinks.

During my recent stay at Club Wyndham Cypress Palms, I truly enjoyed the spacious layout of the one-bedroom condo, featuring a full kitchen that made meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, greeting me warmly each day and providing helpful information about local attractions. One delightful surprise was the complimentary snacks offered at the pool, which added a special touch to our afternoons. The location was perfect—close to the Disney parks and various restaurants, making our outings convenient.

The only downside was the high-pressure sales pitch.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The location was prime, close to restaurants like Cracker Barrel and just a short drive to Disney parks.

However, I wished there were more cleaning services during our stay. It was also challenging to navigate the resort on foot since there’s only one elevator serving two buildings.

Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a high-pressure sales pitch that left me feeling uncomfortable. Despite my polite refusal, the salesperson persisted in trying to convince me of the benefits, which was quite off-putting.

The units were spacious with updated decor, perfect for family gatherings, and the screened-in porch offered a great spot to enjoy morning coffee by the pool. Having a well-equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal prep, making the stay more convenient.

However, dealing with maintenance issues was a headache. the appliances, like the dishwasher, simply didn’t work, and the washing machine sounded like it was about to shake its way out of the condo. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I found dirty floors that had me wearing socks inside, and the units could definitely use more attention from housekeeping, as I received no fresh towels during my visit. Lastly, the common areas felt neglected, and I often noticed dirt accumulating in the carpets.
