The location was superb, with easy access to shopping and sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant on-site, with the option to dine on the outside balcony. The hotel appeared clean and well-maintained.

The property and grounds were well-maintained, and the historic building added a charming touch to our stay.

During our romantic escape, we found the hotel to be conveniently located near all the attractions we wanted to visit. We were able to easily walk to the main street and explore the historic area. Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and pleasant stay.

There were a few negative aspects that we experienced during our time at the hotel. the parking situation was quite problematic.

Stayed in a room with a king bed at the main hotel, which was updated and clean. The balcony was a nice addition, providing a great view of the downtown area. Breakfast was included and was delicious.

The staff were pleasant and made my stay enjoyable.

Located close to various activities in the Poconos, this hotel offered an empty restaurant, comfortable room, and breakfast. The old town's beauty captivated us, and the staff displayed excellent customer service. We appreciated the game room in the basement, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Some rooms lacked proper housekeeping services with sheets and towels not being refreshed, and garbage not being removed. In addition, there were issues with the cellphone capacity, making it difficult to make and receive calls.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jim Thorpe and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was commendable. The rooms with King beds were updated and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Lastly, the breakfast included with the stay was a great perk. It was delicious and provided a variety of options to choose from.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere at Inn At. The historic charm of the property added to our overall experience. We particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the picturesque town. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we appreciated the convenience of having a microwave and mini fridge in our room. The complimentary breakfast vouchers were a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. we had a wonderful stay at Inn At and would recommend it to others.
