During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the warm and welcoming staff at this charming bed and breakfast. the breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic and definitely a highlight of our stay. the cozy and comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep, and the location was perfect - conveniently close to attractions and beautiful scenery. Additionally, the desserts in the evening were a sweet bonus that we truly enjoyed.

This hotel is ideally located close to everything we wanted to do in the Smoky Mountains. The view from our room with the small balcony was breathtaking, and the decor matched the beautiful surroundings perfectly. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

There was a minor issue with the outlet by the sink not holding plugs, but there was another outlet in the room that worked. It would have been better if this issue had been addressed.
