Our two, night stay at Bon Paul & Sharky'S was fantastic. the West Bungalow provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a well, equipped kitchen and multiple lighting options. Keith was a welcoming host, offering local recommendations and even entertaining us with magic tricks. the location was quiet yet convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance and hiking trails a short drive away. Overall, a cozy and enjoyable non, traditional hotel experience.

We definitely got our money's worth at this hostel. The room was comfortable with seriously comfy beds, and the bathroom was clean and private. The location was perfect, close to local shops and restaurants, and a quick ride to UNCA. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

The only thing that could have made the stay better was having more breakfast options.

The location of the hostel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was situated in a cute area with plenty of things to see and do nearby. We loved being able to explore the surroundings and have a variety of activities to choose from.

One of the drawbacks of our stay was the breakfast. It was quite disappointing as it consisted of only some DIY oatmeal and chewy bars.

As a solo traveler, I loved the excellent location with a bus stop to town and back. There were two grocery stores in walking distance in opposite directions, along with coffee places and restaurants across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the kitchen was clean and well-stocked with cooking essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the best sleep I've ever had. The hostel had a quaint and warm atmosphere, and the neighborhood was pedestrian and public transportation friendly, with great bars and entertainment venues nearby.

Some beds were uncomfortable with loud creaking and sagging mattresses. There was poor communication when asking about room changes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The small house behind the main hostel was super cute, cozy, and perfect for two people. It had an open layout with separate private bathroom, making it very convenient. The location was great, with many cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also found it easy to get to Salvage Station for a show, either by a short drive or Lyft. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with kitchen cookware and being responsive to our questions. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible.

Nothing for me

Great location, with a bus stop to town and back, grocery stores within walking distance, and coffee places and restaurants across the street. Fairly clean overall, with a clean bathroom sink and fairly clean kitchen. Comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and bathwash. Curtains on bottom bunks for added privacy.

Indifferent and uncaring host. Hostel was not as clean as expected, with a moldy tub and dirty floor in the women's only room.
