During my recent stay at the hotel, I was thrilled with the beautiful room and comfortable beds. The spaciousness and well-decorated ambiance made me feel right at home. The minibar was well stocked and the room service was fast and efficient. The bathroom, with its walk-in shower, was a wonderful added touch. I also loved the sophisticated yet cozy restaurant by the fireplace in the lobby, creating a beautiful ambiance. The hotel's location was fantastic, just across from Macy's and high street shops. The only minor downside was the limited breakfast menu options. Despite that, I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

The lobby was spacious and welcoming, and the staff were attentive and friendly. the room was clean and had plenty of amenities. the dinner at the on-site restaurant was impeccable. the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special, with a decorated poster and cake. the breakfast room service was delicious and served hot.

The parking situation can get backed up, and there may be a wait of around 10 minutes for your car. the carpet in the room smelled and was dirty, and the furniture looked outdated.

The service was generally good, with most staff members going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. it was a pleasant stay.

I truly felt like I got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was top-notch, with everything we needed and more. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
