The comfortable king bed and the view of downtown Boston were fantastic touches that enhanced my stay.

I found the parking situation a bit inconvenient, especially having to pay extra on top of an already high room rate.

I was thrilled with my stay in the Guest Room, 1 King, where the cleanliness and comfort were top-notch! The breakfast had an amazing custom order station, making mornings delightful. Plus, the vibrant atmosphere and helpful staff truly enhanced my experience!

the shuttle service to shopping centers was convenient. multiple outlet locations were broken.

The noise from unsupervised kids was annoying, but the room setup was sweet as and the staff, especially Nanami, were choice. Not enough communication from them, though.

Man, I loved the clean pools and the gym! Super spacious room and the brekkie was lekker. Staff were all chommies, especially the one who helped with my room switch to a king size with city views. Really sorted out my stay!

But parking was a bit of a pain, having to pay to park on the property was a bit off, you know?

Staying here with the family was enjoyable. We loved the hotel shuttle service, which made our trips easy, and the restaurant breakfast was solid, featuring tasty made-to-order omelets. Don’t miss visiting the nearby New England Aquarium.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options.

the hotel features an exceptional gym and a large indoor pool that kept my kids entertained. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. it felt lively in the lobby with ongoing events, creating a vibrant atmosphere. overall, a great choice for family stays! 😊

parking can be a bit tricky.

I had dinner at the on-site restaurant and found that the waitstaff did not manage orders well, making me and my friends decide to eat elsewhere after a long wait. I enjoyed visiting nearby attractions like the scenic area, which offered great day trip options. The room was a good size, with a nice layout, and the indoor pool provided a great way to relax after exploring. I appreciate local cuisine, and it was a nice touch to see seasonal ingredients used.

check-in was a bit slow. but the buffet breakfast was absolutely incredible! ! loved the fresh omelette station. the fitness center was impressive, and the staff was super friendly and attentive during my stay.

The room was nice and quiet, which I really appreciated after a long day. I loved the comfy king bed and how well the space was set up. The views of downtown Boston from the higher floors were fantastic. Also, having the on-site Starbucks was a huge plus for my morning coffee fix! The cleanliness of the room made everything better, too.

Massive TV and awesome lighting in the room made my stay enjoyable. The trendy bar and cozy atmosphere were perfect for relaxing after a long day.
