Front desk and housekeeping were great. Rooms were clean with decent features. Staff, including Lei and Nick, were outstanding. a wonderful experience.

We stayed at this place for a couple of nights and it was wonderful. The location was perfect for us as it was not too far from the city but still away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel itself was amazing, with beautiful rooms and stunning views at night. We particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the housekeeping was top-notch. They even provided turndown service which added to the overall luxury experience.

This hideaway hotel is situated near a race track and surrounded by hills. Parking is convenient and close to the casino. The modern design of the room adds an upscale feel and the bathroom is spacious and clean. The family-friendly pool is ideal for kids and adults to swim and lounge. The pool service for the current global situation is commendable. The value for top-notch amenities is also a plus.

Although some guests had trouble with staff communication and attentiveness, it did not detract from their overall stay experience.

The video poker and Reel Spinner slots were lit, and the Coors Light Chill Zone was the ultimate game-watching spot. The blackjack games were on fire, and we were living for the killer odds!

M Resort Spa & Casino was truly wonderful. The ornate stone and glass staircase added a touch of elegance to the decor, creating a luxurious ambiance. The room was spacious and cozy, offering superb views of the surrounding area. The flat-screen TV and coffee maker added to the comfort, making it feel like a home away from home. The property also offered over 450 wines by the bottle, providing a delightful dining experience.

While the room was lovely, I wished it had more toiletries available. Although this is a minor detail, it could enhance the overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort! The location was great, just a short drive away from the Strip. From our window, we could even see the Strip. The room we upgraded to was exceptional, and we were impressed with the quality of the meals we had during our stay. It was a nice change to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but the shuttle provided convenient transportation to the Strip. If we return to this area, we would definitely choose to stay at this resort again.
