We stayed at this hotel for a family vacation and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the location on the Riverwalk couldn't be beat. We especially loved the rooftop pool, which had amazing views of the city. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful San Antonio stay.

We loved staying here because it is located right on the river walk, making it so convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and have great amenities like a sitting area, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV. Plus, we loved the rooftop pool and spa where we enjoyed live entertainment and body treatments.

Located right on the Riverwalk, the hotel offers stunning views of the river and a perfect location for accessing bars and restaurants. The spacious rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The service is impeccable, with plenty of responsive staff. Breakfast options are great, and the facilities such as the pool and spa are luxurious.

The hotel may be a bit pricey for some guests, especially for those on a tight budget.

The hotel had a great location on the Riverwalk and next to the Briscoe Museum of Western Art. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the staff was friendly and hard-working. The King corner suite had a nice, separated sitting room with a pull out sofa. The rooms were very clean and overall pretty quiet. It was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel that served breakfast and a bar that stayed open fairly late. The hotel was within walking distance to a lot of activities and the restaurant, Ambler's, had tasty food and nice happy hour cocktails. The suite was spacious and the rooftop pool was lots of fun for the family. The valet service was quick and accommodating.

This hotel has it all - great location right on the Riverwalk, updated and clean rooms with huge and nice bathrooms, and excellent breakfast. The staff is friendly and attentive to detail.

Also, there was an unauthorized entry into our room, and the hotel staff didn't provide a satisfactory explanation or solution to the problem. our stay was mixed, with some positive experiences but also some negative incidents.
