I had such a frustrating stay! The bar service was painfully slow—15 minutes for a glass of water and another 10 for a drink, all while staff ignored us. It felt like we were invisible.

The rooms were huge and perfect for families. The staff treated us like royalty and the breakfast was top-notch.

It wasn’t cheap, but for the quality we got, it felt reasonable.

Unfortunately, the beds were not as supportive as expected. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. noise from the hallways occasionally disrupted the tranquility. Cleanliness could use some improvement, as I noticed some spots on the countertops. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which added to the experience. the comfort of the room was a mixed bag, with both positives and areas for improvement.

Stunning riverside views and excellent short ribs made the restaurant a highlight. The room, while clean, had issues: an unresponsive toilet and a tub that struggled to drain properly. Valet service took ages, especially during checkout, and the elevators were often slow with only two running. Our river view was disappointing, requiring awkward positioning just to see it. The staff attempted to help, but missed the mark with housekeeping, leaving us without a clean room after a brief return. The blend of great food and service challenges made for a mixed experience.

This hotel is right on the Riverwalk, making it super easy to explore the beautiful waterways and check out amazing restaurants just a few steps away, like the fantastic Casa Rio and Zinc Bistro, plus you can stroll over to the Alamo in under 10 minutes; the rooftop pool and gym add nice touches to the experience, with friendly staff enhancing your stay. the room maintenance could use a little more attention.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, though housekeeping missed a few details. We enjoyed the restaurant's food but wished for a complimentary breakfast. The spa was a standout experience. Small hiccups aside, we'd return.
