The comfort of the room and common areas made us feel right at home. The location of the B&B, just off Shore Road, provided a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle. We also appreciated the proximity to Perkins Cove, the Ogunquit Museum of Art, and the beach. Despite some minor drawbacks like the weather and limited food options, we highly recommend Bourne B&B for its warm hospitality and relaxing ambiance. we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at this charming B&B with its great value for money. The room was cozy and comfortable, with excellent A/C and a unique shower curtain featuring a fascinating map of the world. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and a short walk to the beach. The staff, Scott and Tina, were incredibly welcoming, and the homemade breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and delectable pastries.

As vegetarians, we appreciated the variety of fruit, pastry, cereal, yogurt, and other breakfast options available. The coffee was surprisingly good, even for someone who isn't a big coffee person like me. Jimmy truly went above and beyond to accommodate us, with homemade cookies in the afternoon and a quiet backyard to relax in. a delightful stay!

My fiancé and I had an exceptional stay at B3 in Ogunquit. We were there for the weekend to propose, and Scott and Tina were incredibly accommodating and helpful in preparing for the special event. B3 is perfectly located within a comfortable walking distance to Perkins Cove. The breakfast options were amazing, with delicious homemade pastries and a variety of delicious choices. We stayed at a bed and breakfast in Ogunquit recently and there were a couple of things that I did appreciate. the location of the B&B was great. It was conveniently situated near the beach and a popular area called Perkins Cove. It was also close to some good restaurants, which was a plus. the room we had was comfortable and clean. the bed was cozy and the bathroom was well-maintained. It made for a decent stay overall.

The location of the B&B was fantastic. We loved being able to park our car and walk everywhere during our weekend stay. the area quieted down after 9pm but we didn't mind walking a short distance to find a livelier nightlife. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for us to use, which was a nice touch. the porch and grounds were comfortable and a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee. the breakfast selection, including some homemade treats, was delicious. the hosts, Scott and Tina, were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying at B3, and we will book again in the future.
