The motel has a rich history and is well-managed, resulting in a clean and well-maintained property. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach and a short distance from town. The shuttle service is convenient and affordable, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were comfortable and modern, with thoughtful touches like built-in USB ports. The continental breakfast was delicious, especially the mouthwatering muffins. The private outside space with comfortable patio furniture was a nice bonus, perfect for enjoying the beach vibes. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem, nestled right on the beach. The location is superb, with a little beach just across the way. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering great suggestions for things to do in the area. The rooms were comfortable and included a delicious breakfast.

Our recent stay at the cozy hotel near Provincetown was amazing. The recently renovated rooms were beautifully decorated with bold colors that instantly lifted our mood. We loved the view facing the bay and the convenience of having the beach right across the road. The patio furniture provided a stunning sunset view. The free breakfast was a bonus. The location in the west end of PTown was perfect, away from the busy center of town. We discovered there was bus service into town, making it easier to explore without dealing with traffic and parking. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and cozy. we highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.

While the bathroom was quite tiny and lacked space for toiletries, the water pressure and vent were excellent. Additionally, the distance from the city center meant a 40-minute walk or relying on the shuttle, which could be inconvenient for those planning to party late.

We were pleasantly surprised by the nautical decor in our room at the hotel. The location was superb, just across the street from the beach, and we enjoyed sitting on the cushioned loveseat right outside our room. The breakfast was by far the best we had during our road trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and great amenities.

I got great value for my money at Breakwater Hotel. The room was recently redone and it was absolutely gorgeous! The location was perfect, right across from the beach on Commercial Street. The staff, especially Jenn at the front desk, were wonderful and went out of their way to make my stay perfect.

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe add some hot options like eggs or bacon.

The hotel had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The design and furnishings were beautiful, and the outdoor seating provided a great place to relax. The location, right across the street from a beach with tide pools, offered beautiful views of the harbor and easy access to explore the town and its restaurants and shops.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location couldn't be better. It's right across from a beautiful beach, which we found very convenient for our family with small children. We also loved that it was within walking distance of the town center, making it easy for us to explore Provincetown. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We were impressed by their attention to detail and the basic amenities provided in the rooms. And lastly, the cozy rooms with their great beds provided us with a peaceful and restful sleep each night. We also appreciated that breakfast was included, giving us a great start to our day. this hotel offered excellent value for money and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We enjoyed strolling through the charming galleries and gardens on our way to the hotel. The beautiful beach, just across the road, provided stunning views and a refreshing sea breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even lending us beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge. Our spacious queen suite overlooked the bay and provided a comfortable retreat. Only a short 5-7 minute drive to the main street, the location was ideal for exploring the town.

As young families, we absolutely loved the spotless rooms and the beautiful view of the water. The beach right across from the hotel provided chairs for us to relax on. The room had a small refrigerator, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds. It was also great value for money.
