The bed was incredibly comfortable, the best I've ever slept on at a motel. Friendly staff who genuinely care about the guests. Great value for the money - above average for the area. Convenient location near main road and easy access to attractions. Peaceful and relaxing environment, especially surrounded by the beautiful forest.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff was incredibly friendly and made our check-in and check-out process effortless. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants, attractions, and downtown. We were pleasantly surprised by the antique furniture in our room, which gave it a unique and charming touch. Additionally, the deck provided a beautiful and relaxing space to enjoy our morning coffee and take in the picturesque surroundings.

We were disappointed with the lack of amenities in the room, such as a coffee pot and alarm clock. the slippery tile in front of the door was a safety concern, especially during rainy weather.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the opportunity to build a bonfire in the pit and relax on the hammock. The transportation was easy, as we were able to walk along the beautiful roads nearby into the mountains and appreciate the stunning starry sky and magnificent pine trees. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made us feel like we were staying at a cozy bed and breakfast.

My husband and I stayed at a charming hotel in Eureka Springs called Brydan Suites. We were there for a wedding and stayed for a few days. The manager was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He even offered to let us use his washing machine and dryer when we couldn't find a laundromat. The deck area was a lovely place to relax in the evenings, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with unique antiques. The Jacuzzi tub was a wonderful touch, and the TV was conveniently swivel-mounted. We wish we could have extended our stay!
