The hotel was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing great recommendations and making the check-in and check-out process fast and simple. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and served its purpose in getting us fed. the location was excellent, with easy access to key attractions in the area.

There was no hot water available during our stay, which was disappointing. the lighting throughout the hotel was quite dim, making it difficult to see properly.

Worst aspects of my stay were the poor maintenance and the noise disturbances. The shower handle in my room was loose and difficult to adjust, causing sudden changes in water temperature.

Located in a bustling area of northwest Austin, this hotel offers a comfortable stay near attractions such as Anderson Mills and Lake Travis. The room comes with a sofa and desk area, along with a TV that includes HBO and Showtime channels. The bathroom and shower are great, and the breakfast is fantastic, with waffles and fresh fruits, plus oatmeal and yogurt. The hotel also has a private parking lot, 24-hour coffee in the breakfast area and is reasonably priced.

There have been some instances of overcrowding in the pool and spa area, which could be better managed.

Lastly, the location was perfect as it was just off the I-35, making it easily accessible and convenient for exploring the area, including the nearby Lakeline Mall and Lake Travis. a delightful stay.

They made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a great view. The location was convenient, with plenty of attractions nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
