I loved the convenience of the hotel's location near the airport, especially the free airport shuttle service that runs 24 hours. It made my late arrival and early departure hassle-free. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was fabulous with a wide variety of choices to satisfy every appetite. the staff, especially Nataly at the reception, were incredibly nice and professional, always ready to assist with any concerns. the comfortable rooms and efficient services made it a great place to stay.

There were a few minor issues that I encountered during my stay. there were problems with the toilet in my room on two separate occasions.

The service at the hotel was excellent. the staff was quick to respond to any requests, such as providing an ironing board or a robe. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including local dishes and more "American" fare. the availability of fresh fruits, juices, and coffee was a definite plus.

One minor inconvenience was the wait for hot water in the sink and shower. It took several minutes for the water to become hot, possibly due to being on the top floor.

Enjoyed the comfortable bed and convenient room amenities, especially the complimentary espresso. Ghl Hotel offered great value for the money and the restaurant served excellent food at reasonable prices. I would recommend staying here.

Additionally, it is near the airport and Salitre Plaza Mall, making transportation and shopping convenient.
