Spacious and convenient. During our stay at Springhill Suites, we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a large suite. It had two rooms and an oversized bathroom, providing us with ample space. The suite had all the amenities we needed, including a minifridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We particularly appreciated the great desk with USB ports everywhere. The corner room was extremely quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. we could see that this hotel would be the ideal setup for a longer stay.

The location was perfect because it was close to the hospital and had easy access to the greenway trail and mill mountain for cycling. The hotel was nicely designed, well-lit, and spacious, with different types of seating to relax or work. The rooms were very clean and modern, and the staff was fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as a runner, with easy access to the Greenway from a pedestrian bridge right across the street. The breakfast impressed me, and the sheets were super comfy. The shower had great water pressure and spray options, and the shampoo/conditioner were fancy. The room was nice, with a desk and two TVs. The staff were compassionate and gave me a discount when I mentioned my mother was having surgery. a 9.5/10 experience!

Location was perfect, close to downtown and great eateries. the room was recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. the bed was extremely comfy after a long day. Complimentary breakfast had a great assortment of food.

The pool was small and the chlorine was too strong. the staff seemed understaffed and slow in responding to requests.
