The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the night shift employee. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even allowing me to check the room before accepting it due to my allergies. The hotel also had plenty of washers and dryers that seemed to be of high quality, making laundry a breeze.

One drawback of the hotel was the poor customer service experience upon check-in. The older lady, possibly a manager, treated us as if we were an inconvenience, only later becoming friendly.
