The location is fantastic as it offers easy access to popular dining spots and attractions, particularly with Fulton Market nearby. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a lovely city view with great natural light, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff are welcoming and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

The lighting system can be a bit confusing to navigate at times.

Superb location! Steps away from the Willis Tower and Millennium Park. Clean and stylish rooms with a comfy bed and spectacular city views made my stay enjoyable! !

Front desk staff seemed disinterested and I encountered issues with delayed check-in. The breakfast offerings did not meet my expectations. Parking fees were quite steep!

The noise levels from the street can be loud at night!!! The lighting system is ridiculously confusing, making it hard to relax!!! Also, parking fees are absurdly high, a heads up would be nice!!! Come on, improve the elevator access for convenience!!!

Loved the clean, spacious room with clever design features like ample plug points and great lighting. The glass tile tribute was a unique touch!

The location is unbeatable! We rode the complimentary Canopy Bikes and explored the stunning city views. The kids loved the Nespresso machine in our King Room with city view, and the bottled water was a nice touch for our large family.

My kids wished for more pillow options. It would be awesome if the hotel offered family-friendly breakfast choices.

the location was super convenient, right by the train station and lots of good food spots nearby. our room was clean and comfy with a nice city view. staff was friendly and let us check in early which was a nice bonus! loved the vibe of the lobby and the unique decor of the hotel. also, the complimentary canopies bikes were really fun to explore the city!

The moment I walked into the lobby, the quality just hit me. The staff were super friendly and helped me right away with my check-in, made a stressful day a little better. The breakfast spot around the corner from the hotel was pretty good too, they had some unique options that were surprisingly delicious for a hotel.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for the experience, I’d say it was fair enough.
