the stay at curio collection was really disappointing. there was dental floss in the corridor, not exactly the upscale experience i expected. also, $90 resort passes just to keep my bags? absurd! and honestly, i would have appreciated milk for my coffee, not that powdered creamer nonsense. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Heated swimming pool, pleasant forest area, well-kept grounds

Housekeeping could be improved as I experienced delays in getting clean sheets!!! Navigating to the hotel was a hassle due to outdated address details!!! Moving rooms due to a broken patio door was inconvenient and lacking an upgrade offer!!!

The Woodlands Resort delivered a fun atmosphere for my family. The lazy river and turtle feeding were unexpected hits, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay!

However, getting around was a hassle, especially with my family’s accessibility needs. Plus, the pool had strict rules on outside snacks, which didn’t bode well with our kids.

We loved the many poolside activities and games that kept everyone entertained. The staff was very attentive, ensuring smooth operations, especially at the splash pad which was a hit for kids. Our room was clean and well-maintained, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming.

However, it took too long to address the trash collection near the pool area.

We had a fun time relaxing in the lobby by the fireplace—it was super cozy! The in-room breakfast was a great way to start our day, but it took forever for our order to arrive. Also, the area around the lazy river could’ve been cleaner. Just a heads up for families with little ones!

The resort features a beautiful pool area with a lazy river that's perfect for families. I appreciate the timely housekeeping requests that kept our room in great condition throughout our stay. The on-site dining options, especially breakfast, offered a fantastic variety and were reasonably priced for what we received.

There was some mysterious smoke wafting around that definitely wasn’t from BBQ! And finding trash by the pool made me question if I was on a vacation or a treasure hunt for plastic.

This place suits me perfectly with its heated swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and great Wi-Fi. I still remember how helpful the staff was during my first stay when they assisted me in finding a car service. I recommend enjoying the fitness center too. I'm coming back for a new year!

One night we went to Robard's and the steak was perfectly cooked, definitely worth it!

It wasn’t exactly cheap though still fine for what we got.

The poolside vibes were awesome, with plenty of sun loungers to relax and soak in the sun. Just a heads up, parking could use a bit of help, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊
