We really liked this hotel! The location was central and near Union Square and the subway station. The staff, particularly Christina and Helen Gutierrez at the front desk, were so helpful and friendly. They provided us with lots of information and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also offered a continental breakfast and had a restaurant and bar/lounge area. we had a great stay and would recommend this place to our friends and family.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a great experience. the hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions. We also appreciated the parking facility, which was a big plus for us as we had rented a car. the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. we were disappointed to find out about the extra fees that were charged per night.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, they even gave us a map and suggested the easiest way to get to Fisherman's Wharf. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were so cozy. I also really appreciated the fact that the hotel had a sister hotel across the street where we could use the pool, bar, and restaurant facilities. it was a fantastic experience!

The hotel is conveniently located near the F line tram stop, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions like Pier 39. Despite being in a rough area, we never felt unsafe. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast offered. our stay was enjoyable and we loved experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of the big city life.

We did experience some issues with the air conditioning in our room. It was super hot upon arrival, and the staff initially informed us that there was no A/C.
