We loved the central location of this venue as it was within walking distance of the ferry. UP the hill on the property offered the most breathtaking view. The services and amenities were fabulous including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and a doctor on call. The welcome drink and room amenities such as the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, sitting area, terrace. The dining table and garden furniture made our stay more comfortable and the television with am/fm alarm clock and telephone was an added bonus. The staff was amazing with the front desk and helpers always available to assist.

We had a few minor issues with the service from check-in to check-out but that was quickly rectified by the manager who went above and beyond to make things right. The leisure spa & wellness center was a relaxing and rejuvenating oasis offering everything from massages to a serene sun terrace and steam room.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location in the center of town was perfect, providing easy access to shops and restaurants, yet our room was nice and quiet. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, was extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time to familiarize us with the hotel and its amenities, including the lovely terrace and garden furniture. The room itself was excellent, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a television. We especially appreciated the restaurant and bar/lounge area, where we enjoyed a superb meal and knowledgeable service. The warm and down to earth atmosphere made our stay even more delightful.

The only downside we experienced was having to walk outside to access the stairs, which could be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow our overall positive experience at this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond, offering to watch our car after it was broken into. we highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

The room we initially booked was given to someone else, but the hotel provided an upgrade to a larger room. The front desk staff was personable and helpful. The restaurant nearby, recommended by the hotel staff, was enjoyable. The toiletries provided in the room were of great quality. Despite some inconveniences, overall I will recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry. I loved the unique feature of the room, with the bed facing the water. Waking up to beautiful sunrises was a treat. The staff at Casa Madrona Hotel And Spa were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The cottage I stayed in had breathtaking views of the harbor and San Francisco. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful balcony area. The spacious bathroom was a bonus.
